Arthur “Lin” Wolfe, Sr. passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Crestview Baptist Church on Columbia Road in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Rev. James Preveaux will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Timmy Wolfe, Teddy Wolfe, Hoyt Jameson, McCrae Axson, Mark O'Cain and Tony O'Cain.

Mr. Wolfe was born on February 27, 1938 in Orangeburg, S.C.  He was the son of the late Thomas Denver Wolfe, Sr. and the late Eloise Demaris Judy Wolfe.  He was the owner and operator of Wolfe Glass Company in Orangeburg for over 33 years.  Mr. Lin was a member of the Progress Masonic Lodge #356; the past President of the Edisto Shrine Club; a member of the Omar Shrine Temple and a member of the Orangeburg Elks Lodge #897.  He was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara Axson Wolfe; his daughter, Debbie Etheridge; and a son Randy Wolfe.

Survivors include his wife, LaDelle Daye Wolfe of the home; sons, Leonard “Lennie” Wolfe, Jr. (Sherrie) of Cordova and Robert A. Wolfe (Shelly) of Cordova; two daughters, Amanda Dukes O’Cain of Orangeburg and Nancy Cole (Gary) of Orangeburg; two grandchildren, Daniel Etheridge and Jessica Wolfe; one great-granddaughter, Aubree Butler; brother, Thomas D. Wolfe, Jr. (Shelby) of Cordova and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital at 950 West Faris Road Greenville, S.C. 29605 or to a charity of one’s choice.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 1. 2017 at Crestview Baptist Church in Orangeburg.  Masonic Rites will be given at 6:00 P.M. prior to the visitation.

Friends may call the residence of Robert and Shelly Wolfe.
