David George Gue'

David George Gue’, 77, of Norway passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018.   

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church, 3705 Cope Road, Cope, S.C. 29038.  Rev. Ken Hay and Rev. Dennis Hall will be officiating.      

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church prior to the memorial service.                                             

Mr. David was born on July 7, 1941 in Norway, S.C.  He was the son of the late Alton Eugene Gue’ and the late Maida Croft Gue’.  He was predeceased by a son, David Troy Gue’ and his twin brother Daniel “Runt” Gue’.

Survivors include his children, George Wade Gue’ (Jessica), Kim Johnson (Todd); grandchildren, David Daniel Gue’, Seth Troy Gue’, George Joshua Gue’, Samuel Zachary Gue’, Matthew Wade Gue’, Hannah Joyce Johnson; daughter-in-law, Greta Gue’; brothers, Gene Gue’, Tom Gue’ (Kathy), Larry Gue’ (Joanne); sisters, Gayle Fish (Barry), Susan Fish, Melinda “Monkey” Bradham and Diane Jakubiec (John).

Friends may visit the Gue’ Homestead.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association at 2711 Middleburg Dr, Columbia, SC 29204 or to Bethel Baptist Church at 3705 Cope Road Cope, S.C. 29038.
