Gerald R. Still , 71 of  Swansea, SC passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday June 3,2018 at the residence in Swansea, SC with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating.   The family will receive friends at the residence.

He was born November 27, 1946 in Barnwell, SC; the son of the late Willard R. Still and the late Elma Ruth Hiott Still. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Retired after 27 years of service with Southeastern Freight Lines as a Diesel Mechanic. He was a member of the Church of God in St. Matthews. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bobby Still and Jerry Still. 

Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg is assisting the family.

Survivors include his wife; Jane Rast Still of Swansea; 1 son; Terence and Allyson Still of Lexington; 1 daughter; Cindy and Danny Glenn of Gaston; Grandchildren; Olivia and Lillian Still both of Lexington; step-children; Julia and Charles Rice, Richard Murphy and Johnny Murphy and a brother; Junior and Brenda Still of Wagener.
