Helen Jane (Borchers) Radzom

 Helen Jane Radzom, 97,  passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Magnolia of Santee.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.  Pastor Jim Vigen will be officiating.   Burial will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Kankakee Memorial Gardens in Kankakee, Illinois.              

Mrs. Radzom was born April 28, 1920 in Gibson City, Illinois.  She was the daughter of the late Louis Borchers and the late Myrtle Walters Borchers. She was a member of Orangeburg Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Radzom, siblings,  Ralph Borchers, Frances O’Neil and Orrell Borchers.

Survivors include 2 sons; Robert Radzom of Orangeburg and Mark (Teresa) Radzom of Myrtle Beach; 2 grandchildren; Matthew (Amy) Radzom of Raleigh, N.C. and Sarah Parker (Andy) of Midlothian, VA; a step grandson; Joshua Wells of Midlothian, VA; 1 great granddaughter Josie Parker of Midlothian, VA; 1 brother, Evan (Jenny) Borchers of Jonesboro, GA.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.

Memorials may be made to Orangeburg Lutheran Church, 610 Ellis Street, Orangeburg, S.C. 29115.
