Master Carter Christian Scott

Master Carter Christian Scott, 5 months, of Orangeburg passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Bull Swamp Baptist Church 4408 Redmond Mill Rd North, South Carolina.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at Bull Swamp Baptist Church prior to the funeral service.

Pallbearers will be Jyshawn Fine-Gibson, Jelani Nichols, Dakota Jacobs, Justin Jacobs, Zavian Gissentaner and Davion Dortch.

Master Carter was born on June 13, 2018 in Columbia, S.C.  He was the son of Christopher Gerald Scott, Jr. and Kristen Elizabeth Deck Peryer.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Marty Edward Deck, paternal great-grandmother, Gladys Gissentaner and maternal great-grandmother, Christine Sutphin.

Survivors include his parents, Kristen Elizabeth Deck Peryer and Christopher Gerald Scott, Jr. of Orangeburg; paternal grandparents, Vista Scott of Orangeburg, Christopher Gerald Scott, Sr. of Orangeburg; maternal grandparents, Tammy and Donald Jacobs of Orangeburg and Sandra Deck of West Virginia; paternal great-grandparents, Shirley and Marvin Gissentaner; maternal great-parents, Arnold and Linda Lambert and Molly and Marvin Deck; uncles, Zavian Gissentaner, Jauwan Johnson, Deonta Tyler, Omarion Scott, Dakota Jacobs, Jonathon Deck, Drew Price; aunts, Andia Gantt, Candace Fields, Amanda Jacobs and Godmother, Mary Rudisill.

Friends may call at the residence of Tammy and Donald Jacobs.
