Neville P. McCormick, 80, of Orangeburg passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Northside Baptist Church in Orangeburg. Dr. Shane Stutzman and Rev. Jim Parnell will be officiating. Entombment will follow at the Good Shepherd Mausoleum Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg.
A celebration of Mr. Neville’s life will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Northside Baptist Church. Refreshments will be served.
Pallbearers will be Gerald Bedenbaugh, Jerry Whitesides, Jimmy Boland, Henry Yongue, John Cook and James Sanford
Honorary Pallbearers will be Hunter's Chapel Hunting Club Members; Former Members and Wives and the Red Robinson Sunday School Class
Mr. Neville was born on August 2, 1938 in Bamberg County. He was the son of the late John B. McCormick and the late Ruby Barrs McCormick. He was a 1956 graduate of Branchville High School. Mr. Neville was a member of Northside Baptist Church. He was an avid deer hunter and was a member of Hunter’s Chapel Hunting Club.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-eight years, Ginger Vogt McCormick; sons, Don McCormick (Marilyn) of Springfield, Mike McCormick (Teresa Suggs) of Ehrhardt, Rob McCormick (Lesley) of Orangeburg; grandchildren, Candace, Susanna, Austin and a number of great-grandchildren.
