Albert Jeffcoat, Jr.

Albert Jeffcoat, Jr., 81, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.  Rev. Charlie Snipes will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Raysor Griffith, Dickie Warren, Randy Shuler, Brayden Jeffcoat, Blake Keitt, Kyle Griffith, Adam Fallaw and Adam Marshall.

Mr. Jeffcoat was born on December 8, 1935 in Orangeburg.  He was the son of the late Albert Jeffcoat, Sr. and the late Cora Mae Jeffcoat.  He served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Jeffcoat was retired from Greenwood Mills and SCDOT.  He was predeceased by his wife, Patsy H. Jeffcoat, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors include a daughter, Glynda and Woody Keitt of Orangeburg; son, Jeffery and Sylvia Jeffcoat of St. Matthews; 3 granddaughters, Amanda and Kyle Griffith of Rowesville, Jessica and Adam Fallaw of Lexington and Emily and Adam Marshall of Gaston; 1 grandson, Blake Keitt of Cayce; 8 great-grandchildren, Brayden Jeffcoat, Kylee Griffith, Bailey Fallaw, Kinlyn Griffith, Camden Marshall, Ella Roberts Fallaw, Madelyn Fallaw and Bennett Marshall; and a special friend, Jane Carson of Rowesville.

Friends may call at the residence of Glynda and Woody Keitt.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
