Arthur Cecil Browne

Arthur Cecil Browne, 58, of Orangeburg passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel.  His son, Arthur Timothy Browne will be officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Arthur was born on March 4, 1967, in Columbia, S.C.  He was the son of the Arthur Jacob Browne and Sadie Chavis Browne.  He was the sales manager for Orangeburg Wholesale Mobile Home Supply for many years.

Survivors include his son, Arthur Timothy Browne IV (Niah Laureano) of Kershaw; brother, Charles Browne (Mary Lynn) of Columbia; companion, Michelle Corder of Orangeburg; a special nephew, David Berry; special friends and caretakers, Barbara Ann Usher, Brenda Palmisano and Mark Usher; fur baby, “Tiger” and an additional number of brothers, sisters, family and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Amedysis Hospice for the love and care that they gave during this difficult time.
