Beatrice B. Hutchins, 88 of Cordova died Monday morning November 10, 2014 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
FUNERAL SERVICES will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg Rev. Lois Helms officiating.
PALLBEARERS will be Wesley Thompson, Ricky Thompson, Dylan Caruso, Alan Nettles, Harry Parler and Billy McCormick.
She was born October 22, 1926 in Cordova, SC; the daughter of the late Willie T. Binnicker and the late Geneva Dukes Binnicker. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #2779. She liked fishing and Clemson Football. She was the widow of the late Aubrey Hutchins and was preceded in death by 5 sisters; Marie Chavis, Elise Jennings, Erma Lou Binnicker, Vivian Buck, Mildred Edgemon and 1 brother; Edward Binnicker.
Survivors include 1 daughter and son-in-law; Barbara and Bubba Thompson of Cordova; 1 son and daughter-in-law; Wayne and Paula Hutchins of Neeses; 2 grandchildren; Ricky (Amy) Thompson of Cordova and Wesley (Chelsa) Thompson of Cordova; great grandchildren; Kelci Thompson and Brantley Thompson; 2 brothers; Wilbur Binnicker of Cordova and Alvin (Margaret) Binnicker of Beach Island.
The family will receive friends at the residence of Bubba and Barbara Thompson; 243 Mack Road; Cordova and at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
