Belinda Dell Felder (Bennie) Risa

Belinda Dell Felder (BENNIE) Risa, 61, died June 25, 2013 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.

Funeral service will be 5:00 P.M. Friday, June 28, 2013 at the Orangeburg Lutheran Church, 610 Ellis Avenue, Orangeburg, S.C., with Pastor Garry White officiating. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be the Bolentown Volunteer Fire Department.

Bennie was born on September 11, 1951 in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late Hubert and Freddie Axson Felder. She graduated from Edisto High School and was a licensed cosmetologist. She spent four years active duty in the U. S. Air Force. She graduated from The Orangeburg Regional Hospital School of Nursing. She worked in many areas of Nursing throughout her nursing career and preferred working in Geriatric and Pediatric Nursing. Bennie was a member of the Orangeburg Lutheran Church. She enjoyed volunterring at the schoolsTy attended and was devoted to her family first and loved her pets.

She is survived by her husband; Pat Risa of Bolentown, S.C.; two sons; Pat Alan Risa, Jr. and Michael Curtis Risa both of Bolentown;daughter-in-law; April Spires of Bolentown; grandchild; Tyler Risa of Bolentown; Special dogs; Buster and Bandit; sisters; Almeta (James Robert) Crider of Bamberg, Rose Bell of Branchville, Elaine (J.K.) Surles of Bolentown; and a brother; Ellison (Bonnie) Felder of Swansea.

Friends may call at the residence, 2447 Norway Road, Orangeburg, S.C., 29115 and at the funeral home.

Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 P.M. Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
