Benjamin "Ben" Lee Smith

Benjamin “Ben” Lee Smith, 67 of North, SC passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Providence Health in Columbia.

Visitation will be held 2:00 to 3:00 PM Tuesday, January 22, 2019 before the service at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with Rev. Anthony Hughes.

Mr. Ben was born April 24, 1951 in Georgetown, SC; the son of the late Benjamin Lamprey Smith and the late Mary Lee Bookhart Smith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Smith.

Survivors include a son; William Benjamin Smith and Nakia of North and 2 grandchildren, June Smith and Natalie Smith.
