Betty Sue Baughman, 80 2395 West Circle Drive; Orangeburg died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia.

Funeral Services will be held 1:30 PM Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg with Bishop Paul Ross officiating.

Pallbearers are Matthew Edward Clinton Baughman, Christopher Lee St. John, Thomas Nicholas Phipps, Bryan James St. John, Jeffrey Ice and Daniel Ross Branhan.

She was born July 18, 1935 in Lenora City, TN; the daughter of the late Clinton Brewer and the late Minnie Lou Evans Brewer. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a retired insurance agent. She was the widow of the late Paul John Baughman, Jr. and was preceded in death by a son; Edward Clinton Baughman.

Survivors include 2 daughters; Betty Sue "Susie" (Charles Edward) McDougald of Bamberg and Paula Annette (Robert) Hogan of Orangeburg; 1 son, Paul John Baughman III of Lexington; 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Ruth Crotts of High Point, NC; 2 brothers; Ronnie Brewer and Tommy Brewer both of Lenora City, TN.

Friends may call at the residence; 2395 West Circle Drive; Orangeburg, SC 29118 at the funeral home.

Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
