Betty J. (Martin) Wirthlin

Mrs. Betty J. Wirthlin, 77, of Lexington passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Scott Family Cemetery in Holly Hill.

Mrs. Betty was born on July 3, 1941 in Holly Hill, S.C.  She was the daughter of the late Jack Martin and the late Mary Pratt Martin.

Survivors  include her husband of 61 years, Edward Wirthlin, Sr. of the home; children, Edward Wirthlin, Jr. of Georgia, Annette Pierce of Raleigh, N.C., Bridgette Key of Columbia, Patricia Helms of Lexington; grandchildren, James Wirthlin, Amber Wirthlin, Jessica Wirthlin, Amanda Pierce, Tabitha Key Dalton, Hunter Helms, Meagan Helms; seven great-grandchildren and ten siblings.
