Billie Ruth (Kemmerlin) Heckle

Billie Ruth Kemmerlin Heckle, 86, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.  Rev. Billy Williams will be officiating.  The casket will be placed at the graveside at 10:00 A.M.

Mrs. Heckle was born on September 15, 1931 in Orangeburg.  She was the daughter of the late James Franklin Kemmerlin and the late Mary Ella Burke Kemmerlin.  She was a member of the V.F.W. and First Baptist Church in Orangeburg.  She was predeceased by her husband, William Bernie Heckle and her sister, Sarah Brant.

Survivors include her sons, William Bernie Heckle, Jr. (Sandi) of Orangeburg, Richard Grover Heckle of Orangeburg; granddaughter, Monica Hill McElhone (Todd) of Orangeburg; great-grandsons, Toddy McElhone, Luke McElhone and a number of nieces and nephews.
