Billy Huggins, 80, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 (noon) on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg
Pallbearers will be Chad Hook, Matthew Huggins, Andrew Huggins, Billy Hook, Jason Woodruff, Jerold Hook.
Mr. Huggins was born on January 14, 1937 in Dillon, S.C. He was the son of the late Coy Huggins and the late Vallie Herring Huggins. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Shibboleth Masonic Lodge and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia McClanahan Huggins of Orangeburg; daughter, Renee Hook of Orangeburg; sons, Robert Huggins (Vicki) of Orangeburg and Kenneth Huggins (Sherida) of Lebanon, Ohio; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Hamilton (Carroll) of Dillon; brothers, Jerry Huggins (Rachel) of Dillon, Malcolm Huggins (Catherine) of Rockingham, N.C. and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the residence.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc.
