Brenda Gale Raven, 64, of Cope passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, after an extended illness.

Born on February 11, 1962, in Kansas City, Kansas, Brenda lived a life marked by creativity, service, and devotion to those she loved. She was a nurse with the United States Navy, a role that reflected both her strength and her caring nature. Beyond her work and service, Brenda found joy in drawing and painting, and she especially enjoyed arts and crafts. 

Above all, Brenda treasured her family. She is survived by her beloved husband of over forty-three years, Donald Raven; her daughter, Teresa Ann Doyle (Christian); and her grandchildren, Destiny Raven, Kiersten Hyvel, and Bubba Hyvel. The love she held for her family was an important part of her life, and her memory will remain close to them always.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Suttle; her mother, Shelby Leazer Suttle; her daughter, Amanda Hyvel; and her sister, Glenda Gage.

Brenda will be remembered with love for her service, her artistic spirit, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family and friends.
