Cloe' Laine Williams, a vibrant soul born on December 6, 2000, in Orangeburg, S.C., left us far too soon. Raised under the nurturing love and guidance of her grandparents, Wylie and Ann Williams, Cloe' blossomed into a remarkable individual known for her zest for life and adventurous spirit. Her infectious laughter and playful heart echoed through the lives she touched, bringing joy to family and friends alike.
Cloe' had a spirited love for the great outdoors, often seeking adventure riding four-wheelers and indulging in hunting excursions. These pursuits weren't merely hobbies; they were expressions of her insatiable curiosity and her connection to the world around her.
She was determined in her pursuits, attending Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College and achieving her GED, a testament to her tenacity and hard work. Cloe’ approached challenges with a brave heart, showing everyone around her the importance of perseverance and resilience.
Cloe' is survived by her loving family, who will carry her memory forward with pride and fond reminiscence. Her grandparents, her brother, Alec Hutto, and her sisters, Dakota Russell and Abby Shoemake, along with her uncle, Dustin Williams (Buffy), and aunt, Amanda Russell (Richard), will continue to honor her legacy in their lives. Additionally, she is remembered by her father, David Shoemake and her stepmother, Nicole Shoemake, and cousins, Nicholas Williams and Carly Lihan, each of whom holds a special place in their hearts for the joy she brought into their lives.
Though her mother, Victoria Beth Williams, has departed this earthly realm, the bond between them remains eternal—a reminder that love transcends even the greatest losses.
Cloe’s life will be celebrated on October 11, 2025, at Neeses Baptist Church in Neeses, S.C. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation starting at 12:00 PM and a funeral service following at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place shortly thereafter at Sunny Vista Church of God in North, S.C. Rev. Obed Ortiz, Rev. Robert Templeton and Rev. Travis Shirley will be officiating.
Those who are honored to serve as pallbearers are Nicholas Williams, Gregg Lihan, Jordan Widener, Rusty Williamson, Cory Russell and Benjamin Fogle.
Honorary pallbearers will be Carly Lihan and Revyn Lihan.
As we reflect on the indelible mark Cloe' has left in our hearts, we find solace in the beautiful memories we created together. She will forever remain a beacon of love, and laughter in our lives.
