Daisy Bell Weeks, 87 of Orangeburg died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Orangeburg Pruitt Health Care Center.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00PM before the service.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery in Canaan Community with Rev. Shane Stutzman and Rev. Jim Parnell officiating.
Pallbearers will be Andy Weeks, Brad Weeks, Jesse Weeks, Heath Crisp, Roger Staley and Wesley Staley
She was born April 9, 1928 in Bamberg County, SC; the daughter of the late John A Williams and the late Jessie Williams. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was a Sunday School Teacher for 4K to 5 th grade. She was the widow of the late James W. Weeks and was preceded in death by a son; James F. Weeks and a granddaughter; Tammy Diane Staley and by a grandson; Jamie Crisp.
Survivors include a son; Ray (Vicki) Weeks of Beaufort, SC; a daughter; Diane Staley of Orangeburg; daughter-in-law; Diane Weeks of Orangeburg; grandchildren; Jesse (Jennifer) Weeks; Chris (Jennifer) Crisp; Heath (Pam) Crisp; Billy (Tammy) Staley; Wesley (Nancy) Staley; Jason Staley; Brad (Stephanie) Weeks and Andy Weeks; 12 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
