Daniel “Danny” Milton Stillinger, 63, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his children.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00P.M. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Rev. John Mark Patrick, Rev. Dan Fogle and Rev Mel Wright will be officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.
Mr. Stillinger was born on September 5, 1954 in Orangeburg. He was the son of the late Herman David Stillinger and the late Aileen Fanning Stillinger. He was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church. Mr. Stillinger was the owner/operator of Danny’s Collision. He was predeceased by a grandson, Sawyer Knauff, a brother David (Bubba) Stillinger and two sisters; Vivian Fogle and Shirley Parler.
Pallbearers will be Horace Leysath, Charlie Williams, Ronnie Hicks, Steven Bonnette, Clark Runager, and Ernie Floyd.
Danny “Killa” Stillinger was loved by an endless amount of people, not only by those in the community, but by everyone who crossed his path. He was loved because of who he was. He was a man who loved harder, gave more and put everyone else before himself. His generous and loving spirit will continue to live on through the people who knew him.
Survivors include a son; Jesse F. Stillinger of Columbia, S.C.; two daughters, Amanda S. and Justin Knauff of Spartanburg and Peggy Ann and Adam Gartman of Orangeburg; two grandchildren, Jackson Knauff and Madden Gartman; three brothers, Carroll and Donna Stillinger, Joe and Ann Stillinger and Dwight and Cindy Stillinger of Orangeburg; two sisters, Patsy and Carl Brechlin of Bolentown and Elizabeth Gleaton of Orangeburg.
Friends may call at the residence.
A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home in Orangeburg, S.C.
