David Ryan Jones

David Ryan Jones, 37, of Orangeburg passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 6, 2024.

The family will hold a service at Fort Jackson National Cemetery on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.

David was born on October 13, 1986, in West Virginia.  He was the son of the late Pamela “Janie” Jones-Harvey and Jesse Harvey.  He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  David had a gift for being able to fix just about anything.  David loved to be outdoors, especially hunting snakes.  He was a wonderful and loving father and an amazing husband. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.  He was preceded in death by his mother and his grandfather that helped raise him, Grant Jones

Survivors include his wife, Amber Dantzler Jones; children, Brentley Jones, Jayce Jones, Janie Jones, Cloe Jones, Connor Jones, Axton Jones; father, Jesse Harvey; his grandmother, Polly Jones; brother, Dakota Jones; sister, Jesslyn Harvey and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and additional family and friends.
