It is with great sadness that the family of Dennis Fogle, 59, announce his passing.
Dennis was born on March 26, 1965, in Orangeburg. He was the son of the late Dan Fogle, Sr. and the late Vivian Stillinger Fogle. Dennis was a true outdoorsman that loved working with his hands. He was a well-founded pillar of the community, a beloved father and husband, a friend to all. He was the best, loving husband to his wife, Deneena. Funny, simple and kindhearted, he was an inspiration for the downtrodden. A hardworking tradesman, Christian man and a helper of those in need. Dennis was a selfless, sincere dedicated, and strong motivational and positive spirit. A man that loved all.
Survivors include his wife, Deneena Fogle, who loved Dennis with all her heart; stepchildren, Deron Dantzler, Daniel Dantzler, Dathan Dantzler, Patrick Burkey, Christina Burkey; brothers, David Fogle, Dan E. Fogle, Jr.; sister, Julie Fogle Spell; and a lot of nieces and nephews that he loved very much. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jane Fogle Johnson.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, 1012 Whitman Street, Orangeburg. Rev. Dan E. Fogle, Jr. will be officiating. Burial will follow at St. George Baptist Church, 2590 Shillings Bridge Road, Orangeburg.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00P.M. On Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel prior to the funeral service.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jeffery Fogle, Wyitt Fogle, David Zachariah Fogle, Jr., Steven Lee, Jr., Jody L. Stillinger, Scott Mills, and Keith Stillinger.
