Det. David "Jack" Lloyd Coleman, Sr., 61 of 2308 Mall Terrace Court , Orangeburg died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013 at The Regional Medical Center in Orbg.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Memorial Church of the Nazarene on Berry Street in Orangeburg with Rev. Billy Williams and Rev. Larry Williams officiating with Entombment at Good Shepherd Mausoleum at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg
Pallbearers will be Guy Osborne, Larry Adicks, Jerry Hackworth, Dr. John Durham, Wayne Lorick, and Scott Osborne
Honoarary Pallbearers will be Dr. Vann Beth Shuler, Dr. John Hutto, and Danny Leviner.
Mr. Coleman was born July 28, 1952 in Greensboro, N. C., a son of Joe Ree Hartley Coleman and the late Clarence David Coleman. He was a member of the Memorial Church of Nazarene. He was a former employee of the Orangeburg Sheriff's Department and was retired from Geico Investgations.
Survivors include His mother; Joe Ree Coleman of Orangeburg; sister; Linda Aligood of Pensacola, Florida; son, David (Renee) Coleman of Pelion; daughter; Shelby Coleman of Orangeburg; three grandchildren; Riley, Reagan, and Realy of Pelion, and several nieces and nephews. VISITATION WILL BE HELD 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, September 27, 2013 at Thompson Funeral home, Inc. in Orangeburg, S.C.
