Mrs. Fletcher was born on October 21, 1966. She was the daughter of George (Sue) Syfrett and the late Nell Ruth Dyches Syfrett. Survivors include her husband, James Fletcher of Orangeburg; 2 sons, Perry (Skyler) Russell of Jacksonville, FL and Fred (Lilly) Russell, Jr. of Summerville, S.C.; her father and step-mother, George (Sue) Syfrett of Orangeburg, S.C.; 2 brothers, Marion (Brandy) Syfrett of Orangeburg, S.C. and Joey (Natasha) Syfrett of Indian Trail, NC; 1 sister, Wanda Gammel of Pensicola, FL and the father of her sons, Fred Russell, Sr. of Orangeburg.
