Dorothy "Fay" Ayers Sauls ,76, of Neeses died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at her residence.

The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Bethany Baptist Church in Orangeburg with burial following in the church cemetery. Rev. Henry Cooper and Rev. Steve Scott will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Davis, Judson Davis, Lewis Jones, Aaron Norton, Michael Sauls and Kyle Williams

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Helping Hands Sunday School Class

She was born September 9, 1938 in Orangeburg County, SC; the daughter of the late John David Ayers and the late Ruth Margaret Hooker Ayers. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and was a member of the Helping Hands Sunday School Class. She was a former employee of Garden City Baptist Church Daycare and Northside Baptist Church Daycare. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Ayers and a sister, Margaret Hilton.

Survivors include her husband; Norris Sauls of Neeses; 2 sons; Norris Stephen Sauls and his wife Lynne of Cayce, SC; Michael Wayne Sauls and his wife Kelly of Neeses; a daughter; Lynda Fay Williams and her husband Ed of Neeses; 6 grandchildren; Shane Steffen of Orangeburg; Heather Rebecca Kenniz of Seattle, WA; Stacey Nicole Sauls of Charlotte, NC; Kyle Edwin Williams of Neeses; Michael Wayne Sauls, Jr. of Orangeburg and Erica Paige Williams of Neeses; 1 great grandson; Colton Knox Williams of Neeses; 1 sister; Elaine A. Davis of Orangeburg and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the residence and at the funeral home.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
