Dorothy K. "Dot" Bramblett ,84 of Denmark died Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at KershawHealth Medical Center in Camden.
Visitation will be held 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at the church before the service.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, December 19, 2014 at the Church of God of Prophecy; 368 Coker Street, Denmark with burial at Bamberg Memory Gardens near Denmark with Rev. Wayne Varnadoe officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.
Mrs. "Dot" was born October 23, 1930 on Ruffton, SC; the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Kinard. She was a former Pastor of several Church of God of Prophecy churches; a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Denmark; a member of the Adult Sunday School Class; she served as Youth Director and was involved in Local Missionary Work. She was the widow of the late Ossie Bramblett and was preceded in death by 2 daughters; Kathryn McGugan and Peggy Batchler.
Survivors include 2 grandsons; Billy (Alyson) McGugan of Camden and Kenny (Megan) McGugan of Cordova; 2 sons-in-law; Billy (Alice Jean )McGugan of Bowman and Ricky Batchler of Barnwell; 1 brother; James (Peggy) Kinard of Ft. Myers, FL; 4 great grandchildren; Nicole, Kaitlin, Aleah and Grace and 1 great great grandson; Liam.
