Edward L. “Eddie” Proveaux, Jr., 64 passed away Monday, January 15, 2018 at Pruitt Health Care in Bamberg
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 19, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg with Rev. Chuck Wells and Rev. Charlie Snipes.
He was born August 1, 1953 in Columbia, SC; the son of the late Edward Lee Proveaux, Sr. and the late Gladys May Messer Proveaux. He was retired from the Orangeburg Fire Department. He was preceded in death by a sister, Diana Proveaux.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Peggy Singleton Proveaux of the home; 2 sons; Bryan Proveaux of Cope and Brandon Proveaux of Orangeburg.
Friends may call at the residence of his son, Bryan Proveaux and at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
