Ernie Franklin Harley, 63 of Orangeburg died Monday morning December 29, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Jim Parnell officiating.
