Ford "Buddy" Henley, Jr. , 60 of Orangeburg died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, SC Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg is assisting the family. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Columbia Road Church of God in Orangeburg with Rev. Keith Vaughn officiating.
He was born January 26, 1953 in Louisville, KY; the son of the late Ford W. Henley and the late Mildred Evelyn Coffman Henley. He graduated from North Harden High School in Radcliff, Kentucky in 1971. He served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the Columbia Road Church of God. He was preceded in death by a brother, William S. Price.
SURVIVORS include one sister; Ollvetta "Ann" Peirce of Orangeburg and several nieces of Orangeburg.
