George "Bo" Crider

George “Bo” Crider, 77, of St. Matthews passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Gesthemane Baptist Church, 655 Hammond Cross Rd, St Matthews.  Rev. Henry Cooper will be officiating.

The family will hold a private burial.

Mr. Crider was born on August 3, 1944, in Orangeburg, S.C.  He was the son of the late Frank Crider and the Ruby Huffman Crider.  He enjoyed walking up and down his road collecting aluminum cans for recycling and waving at everyone that passed by.  He was predeceased by his parents, sisters, Shirley Williams, Audrey Walling and a brother, Elbert Crider.

Survivors include his sister, Effie C. Rudd; a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family would like to thank Mr. Lee Bozard and family for their love, support, and care during the last several years.
