Grady Holman Robinson, 81 of Neeses died Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
The Casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Lebanon United Methodist Church in Norway with burial at the Church Cemetery in Norway with Rev. Neil Flowers officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Stillinger, Danny Edwards, Travis Edwards, Dylan Chavis, Bruce Anderson, Mike Todd and Jimmy Anderson.
He was born March 27, 1934 in Orangeburg County, SC; the son of the late John Julius Robinson and the late Hazel Irene Porter Robinson. He was a member of Two Mile Swamp Baptist Church. He served in the US Army and was a retired produce manager from F.L. Metts Grocery. He loved to farm and he loved John Deere Tractors.
Survivors include his wife; Joyce Stillinger Robinson of Neeses; his children;Grady Owen (Paula) Robinson of Neeses Brenda L. Robinson of Lexington, Charlie David (Sharon) Nettles, Jr. and Debbie N. Baltzegar all of Neeses; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; Margaret Anderson of Florence, Betty Palmarini of Blythewood and Ann (Danny) Edwards of Neeses; 1 brother; John J. (Kate) Robinson, Jr. of Orangeburg and a large number of nieces and nephews and his special Doberman Pinscher "Princess".
Friends may call at his residence and at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 PM Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
