Herman Lewis Surles, Jr., 65 of 5530 Silver Fox Way; North Augusta, SC died Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the University Hospital in Augusta, GA.
Visitation will be held 1:00 to 2:00 PM before the service at the church.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Two Mile Swamp Baptist Church in Cope with Rev. James Williams officiating.
