Howard S. Chavis, Jr. 72 of 326 Tecza Drive, Orangeburg died Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family.
He was born November 1, 1942 in Aiken, SC; the son of the late Howard S. Chavis, Sr. and the late Geneva Ball Chavis. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Anita Darlene Ayers.
Survivors include his wife; ,Bessie Juanita Chavis of Orangeburg.
