Jacquelyn "Jackie" Bolen

Jacquelyn “Jackie” M. Bolen, 69 of Orangeburg passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at St. George Baptist Church prior to the funeral service.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at St. George Baptist Church in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at St. George Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Steve Dees will be officiating.

Pallbearers  will be Kevin Nettles, Jack Nettles, Joe Hughes, Adam Joye, Kim Stone, Chet Stone and Heyward Rowell

She was born June 14, 1949 in Orangeburg, SC; the daughter of the late Jack Bolen and the late Mary Stone Bolen. She was a member of St. George Baptist Church and was retired from the Family Health Center. She loved people but most of all she loved her family; they were very important to her.

Survivors include a sister; Mary and Bryan Connelly of Orangeburg; a brother; Dan Bolen of Aiken; nephews; Kevin and Rene’ Nettles  of Neeses; nieces; Kim Stone and Adrian Wieland both of Seattle, WA, Karen and Joe Hughes; Vicki and Adam Joye all of Cope; great nieces, Grayson Nettles and Megan Nettles both of Neeses and Kayla Joye of Charleston; great nephew, Jack Nettles of Neeses, Austin Nettles of Cope,  Drew Joye of St. Matthews, Jaylen Hughes and Ethan Hughes both of Cope; great great niece, Ava Nettles and great- great nephew, Dominic Nettles of Neeses.
