James "Jimmy" Daniel Whisenhunt

James “Jimmy” Daniel Whisenhunt, 57, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Pinehill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Pinehill, S.C..  Rev. Michael Shaffer will be officiating.

Mr. Whisenhunt was born on May 30, 1960 in Orangeburg.  He was the son of the late Daniel Bair Whisenhunt, Jr. and Mrs. Frances Nettles Whisenhunt.  He was the retired owner of Orangeburg Security.

Survivors include his wife, Mickey Milhouse Whisenhunt of the home; mother, Frances Nettles Whisenhunt of Cope; children, Daniel Scott Whisenhunt, Jamie Michelle Whisenhunt, David Alan Whisenhunt all of Orangeburg; brother, Steven Scott Whisenhunt (Joni) of Orangeburg; mother and father-in-law, Ronald D. and Patricia Milhouse; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Chief Michael and Delcie Adams of Orangeburg; brother-in-law, Ronald David Milhouse, Jr. of Orangeburg and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the residence.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. prior to the funeral service.
