James "Plank" Malone, Jr

James "Plank" Walker, Jr., 68, died on Friday, January 15, 2016 at his residence.
A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Crestview Baptist Church in Orangeburg, S.C. with Rev. James Preveaux officiating.
Mr. Malone was born on April 8, 1947 in Mobile, Alabama. He was the son of the late James Walker Malone, Sr. and the late Doris Madden Malone. Mr. Malone was a member of the United States National Guard. He was a boiler maker at Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was predeceased by a brother, Billy Joe Malone.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Williamson Malone of the residence; daughter, Misty Dianne Malone of Orangeburg, S.C.; 4 dogs and a pet squirrel; 2 sisters, Mona McDaniel (Steve) of the Sandy Run Community and Faye Menefee of Holly Hill, S.C. and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call the residence of Linda Malone.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 17, 2016 following the memorial service.
