Jessie Alexandria Clifton Lee, 90 of Orangeburg died Sunday, February 3, 2013 at her home following a brief illness. Visitation will be held 12:30 to 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg. A graveside service will be held 2:30 PM Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg; The family will also receive friends after the service at the graveside.
Mrs. Lee was born December 29, 1922 in Orangeburg, SC; a daughter of the late James Samuel Clifton and the late Emma Godfrey Clifton. Mrs. Lee was a member of Four Holes Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Albert Lee and was preceded in death by 2 sons; William Lee and Thomas Lee.
Survivors include her sons; Albert Lee, Jr. (Becky) of St. Augustine, FL; James M. Lee (Donna) of West Columbia, SC; John W. Lee (Robin)of Jamestown, SC; David S. Lee (Vera) of Orangeburg, SC; Timothy W. Lee of Largo, FL and her daughter; Carolyn Lee Baughman (Larry) of West Columbia, SC and a sister; Mary Halley of Van Orin, IL; Also surviving are her grandchildren; Allison Lee, Brandon Lee, Brady Lee, Patrick Lee, Christina Cole, Jason Baughman, Cynthia Baker and Jennifer Hutson; 4 great grandchildren and a number of step grandchildren.
