Joan Martin Robinson , 83 of Orangeburg died Friday, July 26, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 29, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at South End Cemetery in Bamberg with Pastor Kolb Martin and Rev. Wayne Manning officiating.
Pallbearers will be David Carter, Phillip Carter, Rory Martin, Ryan Martin, Zachary Robinson and Jeremy Kittrell She was born November 11, 1929 in Orangeburg, SC; the daughter of the late Floyd Curtis Martin and the late Annie Laurie Martin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Orangeburg. She retired from the Regional Medical Center.
SURVIVORS include her children; Cliff Robinson (Angela) of Cope; Cindi Martin; Pam Carter (Gerald) ; Clark Robinson (Caroline) all of Orangeburg; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the residence of Cliff and Angela Robinson; 490 Banning Street; (Canaan Community) Cope and at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
