John M. Bryant, Jr.

John McCrady Bryant, Jr. 70, died January 27, 2017 at his home in Columbia. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, Orangeburg, Saturday, March 18, 2017, with the Reverend Will Harper, St Paul’s United Methodist Church, officiating. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., Orangeburg, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Bryant was born on January 11, 1947 in Orangeburg. He was the son of the late John M. Bryant and the late Doris Miller Bryant. He attended Southern Methodist College in Orangeburg and worked many years with the S.C. Highway Department as an engineer. Survivors include one uncle and numerous cousins.
