John Henry Robbs

John Henry Robbs, 87 passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at his home; 528 Stumphole Road, Elloree

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Cameron Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Williams  officiating.

He was born in  Cherokee County, Gaffney, SC; the son of the late Henry Grady Robbs and Sallie Huggin Robbs. He served in the U S Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Elloree Baptist Church but for many years had been attending Cameron Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister; Sarah Robbs Copeland.

Survivors  include his wife; Brookie Rabon Robbs of the home; son; John Lewis Robbs (with daughter-in-law-Melanie)  and his  daughter; Susie Robbs Quinn (with son-in-law Michael).

Friends  may call at the residence.

Memorials  may be made to  Cameron Baptist Church and/or Grove Park Hospice.

The family wishes to express sincere thanks to all the Grove Park Hospice caregivers and the ling time neighborhood friends who made Mr. Robbs last years, weeks and days more peaceful and comfortable.
