Johnny “J.C.” Carol Smith

Our family is saddened to announce the passing of Johnny Carol “J.C.” Smith on October 21, 2022.  Born on May 23, 1955 in Newport, Tennessee, he is survived by a son, Johnny Russell Smith (Melanie) and a daughter, Scoshi Smith Lane (Adam); sisters, April Headden, and Tammy Russell; grandchildren, Hunter Dollard, Madyson Dollard, Rusty Smith, and Kaitlyn Smith.  He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, John and Francis Smith, his brother, David Smith and a sister, Cheryl Pope.  He will be greatly missed, forever in our hearts and always loved.  With respect to our father’s wishes, no formal service will be held.
