at Jolley Acres Health Care Center in Orangeburg
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, March 24, 2014
at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg
with burial at Smoak Family Cemetery in Cordova
with Rev. Tom McElhaney officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Mauffray, Joey Browning, Corey
Browning, Bryan Harley, Jason Collins, Eric Collins and Tim Browning
She was born July 8, 1920 in Orangeburg County, SC; the daughter
of the late John Warren Caddin and the late Marie Murphy Caddin.
She was a Sunday School Teacher; a Volunteer with the Council on
Aging and an avid Poetry reader and writer. She was also a seamstress.
She was the widow of the late Boyce L. Harley and was preceded in death
by a daughter; Jeanette Barnette; a grandson; Robert Collins; a great
grandson; Bradley Fanning and a son-in-law; John Barnette.
Survivors include 2 daughters; Rose (Gary) Brozell of Pelion and Bobbie
Myers of Orangeburg; 1 son; Johnny (Rachel) Harley of Orangeburg; 9
grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.
FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE funeral home.
VISITATION WILL BE HELD 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, March 23, 2014
at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
