Kenneth grew up in Orangeburg SC and was predeceased by his grandparents who raised him, Moses F. Cutter Sr. and Marie Childers Cutter along with his father, Moses Franklin Cutter Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Maybelle Ray McKnight; his step mother, Mary Boucher Cutter; daughter, Lily Marie Cutter; sons Michael and Wesley Cutter and the mother of his children, Jaime O’Conner Cutter
Sisters; Tammy (Billy) Staley and Dawn Armstrong Brothers; Moses (Heather) Cutter III, Eddie (Alyssa) Barnes, Daniel Dubose, Mark (Renee) Barnes, Wade Barnes and Billy McKnight
Services will be held at Thompson Funeral Home in Orangeburg, SC on Saturday, October 7th. Visitation will be held at 2 pm with his memorial service at 3 pm.
