Kenneth "Harold" Jackson

Kenneth “Harold” Jackson, 73, of Orangeburg passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the First Southern Methodist Church in Orangeburg.  Rev. Fletcher Rawls and Rev. Marvin Clark will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg.

Pallbearers will be his nephews.

Mr. Jackson was born on November 8, 1944 in Holly Hill, S.C.  He was the son of the late John W. Jackson and Lillian Smith Jackson.  He was predeceased by a brother, Dale Jackson.

Survivors include his wife, Vonnie Phillips Jackson of Orangeburg; daughters, Lisa and Dean Felkel of Elloree, Malissa and Sam Smith of St. Matthews; son, Kevin and Melinda Jackson of Orangeburg; mother, Lillian Smith Jackson; nine grandchildren, Zachary, Kathryn and Andrew Felkel, Samuel, Jackson, Graham Smith, Taylor and Reagan Merritt, Austin Jackson; brothers, Don and Bridgett Jackson of Leesville, Wayne and Libby Jackson of Orangeburg.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Jolley Acres Health Care Center for all of their love, care, and comfort.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
