Lillian Gail (Judy) Driggers

Lillian Gail Driggers,81, of Orangeburg went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel, 1012 Whitman St. Orangeburg.  Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens, 4830 Columbia Road, Orangeburg. The Rev. Alan Woodward will be officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10,2024, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel prior to the funeral service.

Gail was born on October 17,1942, in Orangeburg SC. She was the daughter of the late Jesse Jerome Judy, Jr. and the late Mrs. Lillie Mae Hall Judy. Gail was predeceased by her husband Thomas Ray Driggers, her brother Marvin A. Judy, two sisters, Sara J. Mc Cormick and Elizabeth "Betty" Capps. She was a loving wife for 43 years, mother, and grandmother. She brought love and kindness to all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed!

Gail leaves to cherished fond memories her son, Michal Ray Driggers, her daughter Tracy R. Driggers, two grandchildren, Cherry Amanda Hickson and Marcus B. Hickson. A host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. With one being a special family friend Dr. Alice Harden.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
