Lois Baldwin (Smoak) Dillon
June 6, 1923 — August 25, 2017
Lois Elizabeth Smoak Dillon, 94, of Cordova passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 at The Oaks in Orangeburg.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Wesley Grove United Methodist Church in Cordova. Burial will follow at Wesley Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Lois Helms will be officiating.
Mrs. Dillon was born on June 6, 1923 in Orangeburg County, SC; the daughter of the late Otis Franklin Smoak and the late Emma Jane Hayden Smoak. She was retired from Edwards Department Store. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Parker J. Baldwin and was the widow of the late Scott A. Dillon.
Survivors include 3 daughters; Elma Louise Brezillac (Steve) of Saluda, NC; Brenda Jane Baldwin of Orangeburg, SC and Beth B. McLeod (Frank) of St. Matthews; 6 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; a special niece, Harriett Ann Essick.
