Maida O'Brien Creech

Mrs. Maida O'Brien Creech, 80 of Norway died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at The Oaks in Orangeburg.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Norway Baptist Church, 5004 Norway Road, Norway with her nephew, Rev. R. Darrell Boyleston and the Rev. Ryan Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Norway Cemetery.The Casket will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Steve Boyleston and John Boyleston, and great nephews, Brian, Kevin, Christopher, Andrew, Gatlin and Riley Boyleston.
Mrs. Creech was born June 18, 1933 in Norway; a daughter of the late Harvey L. O'Brien and the late Juddie Boltin O'Brien Webb. She was a member of Norway Baptist Church where she served in various offices and committees. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Ruby L. Creech and a son, William Lee Creech.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law; Loretta and John Robert Boyleston of Orangeburg; nephews, Steve (Diane) Boyleston of Orangeburg; Darrell (Judy) Boyleston of Neeses and John (Lisa) Boyleston of Leesville; great nieces; Abbigail (Steven) Reynolds of Greenville; Taylor and Emily Boyleston of Neeses; and great nephews, Brian (Marcee) Boyleston of Bamberg, Kevin Boyleston and Christopher Boyleston of Charlotte, NC; Andrew (Chance) Boyleston, Gatlin Boyleston and Riley Boyleston of Leesville and great great nephew, Hunter Boyleston of Bamberg. Her Special friend and caregiver was Wendy Eidson.
Friends may call at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Boyleston; 3488 Neeses Highway; Orangeburg and at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
