Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Greater New Hope St. Paul Church Cemetery; Shillings Bridge Rd.; Orbg. with District Elder Paul Jenkins directed Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
Pallbearers will be Andrew McGugan, Joey Ross, Kevin Waddell, Brian Waddell, Eric Waddell, Timothy Waddell and David Waddell
He was born July 1, 1983 in Columbia, SC; the son of Arthur Thomas Waddell and the late Monaco Waddell. Boogie was well known as a mechanic in Orangeburg. He loved his work and his customers. He was also a loving husband, father and brother to his family.
Survivors include his wife; Christen McGugan Waddell of North; 2 sons; Chevy Waddell and Logan Waddell both of North; his Father; Arthur Waddell of Orangeburg; 2 sisters; Amy Waddell of Orangeburg; Zaria Waddell of Rocksborough, NC; 4 brothers; Timothy Waddell of Orangeburg; Joey Ross of Eastover, Cedric Waddell of Rocksborough, NC, Arthur Waddell, Jr. of PA; a Special Uncle Big Dave of Eastover and a number of Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.
Friends may call at the residence; 848 Amber Road; North and at the funeral home. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 9:00 PM Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
