Michael "Mike" Allen Douglas, 61, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, May 8, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with Rev. Jim Parnell officiating. Burial will be at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are Tommy Garrick, Freddy Cecchini, Randy Lee Douglas, Jody Milhouse, Alonzo Robinson, Donald Jacobs, David Beverly, Harry Sells and Herman Brown.
Mike was born February 16, 1954 in Orangeburg, a son of the late Ranson Lester Douglas and the late Lurline Davis Douglas Armstrong. He was Co-owner of S & D Automotive for 25 years. He was predeceased by a nephew, F. N. (Bo) Cecchini, Jr. and sister Diane Cecchini.
Survivors include two sisters; Sharon Jackson and Karen Douglas Judy both of Orangeburg; a brother, Ranson (Randy) Douglas of Orangeburg; two nephews, Christopher T. Jackson and Randy Lee Douglas both of Orangeburg; two nieces, Catherine Cecchini Lovern of Orangeburg and Angela Cecchini Gates of Beaufort; special friends Ronnie Seagers of Orangeburg and Mary Lynd Heape of Cameron.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
