Michael Joseph Headden , 59 of Fort Motte, SC passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015.
*** The Casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service ***
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, April 23, 2015 at First Baptist Church in St. Matthews with burial at Mizpah Baptist Church Cemetery; Hwy 419; Fort Motte, SC with Dr. Donald Reams officiating directed by Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
Active Pallbearers will be Fellow Co-workers with Calhoun County Law Enforcement
Honorarary Pallbearers are Calhoun County Law Enforcement
He was born April 14, 1956 in Newport News, VA; he was the son of Joseph and Lila Headden. He was employed at Calhoun County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sergeant for 25 years. He was a member of Mizpah Baptist Church.
Survivors include his loving wife, Audrey Sightler Headden of the home; a son; Daniel A. Darr, a daughter; Rebecca A. Darr and a grandson, Darrell Wiggins; his parents; Joseph and Lila Headden and a sister Janet R. Headden.
Friends may call at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
