Michelle Hughes Chavis, 43 of West Columbia died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Medical University Hospital in Charleston.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 noon Friday before the service at the funeral home.
Funeral Service will be held 12:00 noon Friday, March 20, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Jason Leviner officiating.
Pallbearers will be Steve Edgemon, Joe Morris, Eric Hughes, Kyle Dickey, Timmy Hughes and Harry Fanning
Michelle was born August 26, 1971 in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late Charles W. Hughes and the late Theresa Mason Hughes.
Survivors include three sisters; Angela McAlister of Windsor, SC, Renee and Marcus Barnes of Rock Hill, S.C., and Marie Spencer of Columbia; a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.. Friends may call at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. in Orangeburg.
